We are always looking for people to help staff our local races.  Our only local race this season also happens to be the first of the year.  The Desert Sprints will take place March 8th on Tempe Town Lake, the team’s home course.  We would appreciate any help available, from food donations to a couple hours to help staff the ASU tent.  Please contact a coach if you are interested.

ASU 2008 Crew Team Recruitment

The Arizona State Crew is looking for highly competitive Men & Women to be Rowers and Coxswains for the 2007-2008 intercollegiate racing season!

Rowers: Tall and Athletic preferable, but all students are welcome. No experience necessary

Coxswains: Arizona State rowing is presently recruiting for coxswains for all teams.  Do you think you’re too small to take part in a sport at ASU?  Men’s coxswains usually weigh under 120lbs and women’s coxswains are usually under 110lbs.  As a coxswain you would be providing on the water direction and leadership to the rest of your teammates.
